Rules:

-Commission will be posted on my website and DA page and for any promotional uses.
-All prices below do not apply to commercial commissions. (E-mail me if the commission is for commercial use. ie: Book illustration, advertisement, etc.)
-Must be given reference photos for all commissions. Even for Fanart! I don’t know every anime, let alone watch all of them.

Process:

-Email me the commission form below.
-I will E-mail you back and let you know when I’ll have a rough sketch to send you. (usually anywhere from a 1-3 week period, unless you are on the waiting list.)
-I will send you your rough sketch.
-You E-mail me back telling me if you like it or not.
-If the sketch is approved I will send you a money request from paypal to your E-mail. Once it’s paid and I get the money I will begin coloring the piece.

Final Product:

-I will E-mail you the full sized file of your commission through your E-mail.

Will do:

-Original Characters, Fan Art, J-rock/K-rock portraits, bands, actors, shounen ai

Will not do:

-Yaoi, hentai, yuri, (Just porn in general)
-high tech mecha and architectural drawings.
-Anthro

Charcoal:
-All pieces are done on 18x24 (Frame size can be found easily at many stores) paper with a charcoal medium.
-All pieces are sprayed with a fixative.
-Charcoal pieces are replicated photos and can be anywhere from a celebrity, a band, or even a family photo.
-A Photo is required for this commission and needs to be fairly large.

Portraits- $50 ($10 more for every extra person; Max people is 5)

Ownership of Requests:
Please note that I retain the rights to use commissions and designs in any design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, marketing materials, portfolio and reproduction unless otherwise noted. Where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the art/design and elements.

Also please note that even with a commission purchase, the client does NOT have the rights to use the image in any commercial money making venture or in reproduction (including book illustration, website design/illustrated, merchandise, or any venture that will include a personal profit), unless otherwise agreed on.
